Ken was born in Hong Kong, China, and moved to Canada. Ken became a Notary Public in 2017. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. He also completed the paralegal certificate at the Vancouver Community College.  After he became a Notary Public, he started his practice in Vancouver.
